Drivers can only focus on one part of the world around them at a time. Nissan Safety Shield continuously monitors around the vehicle, helping detect dangers they might miss. To demonstrate that difference, we partnered with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and created a 360° VR battle where threats came from every direction, using a 360° medium to prove the value of 360° safety.

We partnered with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story to surround drivers with danger from another galaxy. TIE fighters attacked from above, AT-STs emerged from blind spots, and explosions, lasers, rebels, and stormtroopers filled every direction. Through it all, the Rogue detected the threats the driver could not, turning the chaos of a Star Wars battle into the ultimate demonstration of 360° safety.
