An identity carved from the culture of BC Bud.

In a category dominated by clean, polished and clinical brands, BC Weed Co. needed to feel closer to the culture and craft behind BC Bud. Inspired by the region’s forests, camping culture and hand-carved design, we created an identity that felt rugged, handmade and unmistakably British Columbian.

A logo system built for every kind of expression.

We designed BC Weed Co. as a system, not a single mark. The identity could shift from a bold wordmark to a compact badge or monogram, giving each application the right level of presence while keeping the brand unmistakably consistent.

Carving out a larger world for the brand.

We created a library of illustrations inspired by traditional wood carvings, embracing imperfect lines and irregular details to preserve a handmade feel. The imagery drew from British Columbia’s wildlife, landscapes and outdoor culture, while also giving individual strains their own visual references. Together, the illustrations expanded the identity into a richer, more flexible brand world.
